This is a one-day class that will delve deeply into the world of oolong teas, focusing on the oolong teas of China and Taiwan. Experts in the arena of oolong teas will present in-depth information about the production of these extraordinary teas, and the influence of region, varietal, processing techniques and other relevant factors. Many oolong teas will be brewed and tasted. Attendees must have successfully completed Foundations of Tea: Level One and Level Two.
